Yogurtmania:
- Yogurt
- Granola (cover as school snack as well or in between meals holdover)
- Wheat germ
- Honey
- Lemon juice (lemons used later in week)
- Cinnamon
- Kiwi
- Banana
- Strawberries (use for Strawberry Chicken salad later in week)
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Pineapples (used later in week)
Fix to liking
Tuna Melt:
- 12 oz (3 4oz cans are cheaper) Albacore Tuna
- Eggs (2-3/boiled; remaining eggs double as breakfast food)
- Relish & Mayo
- Shredded Sharp Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese & Mayonnaise mixed for topping effect

- Tomatoes (used later in week)
- Baked bacon (3 slices crumbled - extra slices double for three days of breakfast)
- Bagels (doubles for breakfast and snacks) - Substitute a French bread loaf (cheaper, but lasts for one use and usually goes stale faster)
Strawberry-Chicken Salad (use remaining strawberries)
- Mixed greens or Romaine lettuce (doubles for Garlic-Avocado salad later in week)
- Honey Roasted walnuts, almonds or pecans (one use)
- Sliced strawberries
- 1-2 baked or sautéed chicken breast (package divided and used again later in week or following week)

Salmon-Pineapple Bake
- 1lb broiled Salmon
- Olive oil
- brown sugar
- caramelized carrots (multi-colored for effect and vitamins)
- caramelized pineapples (use from earlier in week)
- sautéed string beans or asparagus to counter sweetness
Chicken-Shrimp-Broccoli Linguini
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1lb of shrimp sautéed
- Chunked Broccoli steamed and sautéed
- 2 chicken breast sautéed and chunked
- 3 pieces of baked bacon for topping once done
- Parmesan Cheese (fresh grated - used again later in week)
- Boiled package of Linguini - sauté
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Shredded colored carrots OR dried tomatoes for topping appearance
